Hamilton police are asking for assist discovering a person who was mistakenly launched from a Hamilton detention centre final Friday.
Officers say they found Monday that 35-year-old Matthew Jordan O’Keefe was launched from the Hamilton Wentworth Detention Centre in error.
O’Keefe was scheduled to look in a Hamilton courthouse Tuesday however he failed to look.
The person was initially arrested Aug. 10 by police whereas in a motorized vehicle within the space of King Road East and Quigley Street after he was allegedly present in possession of property obtained by crime, and an unauthorized possession of a firearm.
O’Keefe additionally has 12 excellent warrants from Toronto Police Providers.
