Joyce handed away peacefully on Sunday, November 03, after spending a while on the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River, ON.
Loving spouse of David Ratz, beneficiant and proud mom to Lorelie (Greg), Jodan (Sarah), and Sarah (Chris), daughter of Bernard (1980) and Eileen Hastilow (1972) and Helen Hastilow (2003), and massive sister to Ted Hastilow, she was born and raised in Waterloo earlier than getting married and shifting to Elmira along with her lifelong love David. So particular to her, she cherished each second she may spend along with her 4 grandchildren Maddy and Ellie Ratz and Chloe and Max Plouffe. Joyce beloved swimming in “her lake”, they travelled usually to take care of contact with household and mates in southern Ontario, whereas constructing many new relationships nearer to dwelling. She beloved to color, carve, knit, sing within the choir, sq. dance, stroll within the bush, attend and host dinner events, placing her coronary heart and soul into all the pieces that she did, and spent her time doing the issues that made her and David blissful.
