Ontario Provincial Police report that investigators have found that three individuals lost their lives in a collision on Highway 401, southwest of London, last week.
On Oct. 13, which was last Tuesday, cars traveling east on the 401 had slowed down due to an earlier accident near Colonel Talbot Road when two transport trucks and a passenger vehicle crashed around 4 p. m. near Mill Road, roughly 15 kilometers southwest of London, according to OPP.
“Following the collision, the passenger vehicle and one of the transport trucks caught fire and quickly became engulfed in flames,” police said in a statement on Oct. 14.
