Ontario’s police oversight agency is looking into a shooting involving police in Kingston that left a 28-year-old man with serious injuries.
According to the Special Investigations Unit, officers were called to the Waaban Crossing bridge after they received a report about a man who was in distress around 9:30 a. m. on Wednesday.
