Elizabeth Joyce Billette, who was lovingly called Lisa, passed away to be with Jesus on Sept 2, 2026 at 10:42pm. She was the wife of Mike for 44 wonderful years and the proud mother of her two daughters Brittney Joy and Tiffany. At the age of 66, she left this world peacefully surrounded by her family and the Lord. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, she has reunited with her parents, Peter & Edna Liska, and her brother Steven. Lisa is survived by her sister Susan, along with her niece and nephew Matt & Jen and their families. She had a passion for gardening, where she enjoyed nurturing the birds and butterflies that visited her yard all summer long. Lisa had a unique way of making those around her feel valued and happy; she truly knew how to spread love and laughter while serving in her church community. Throughout the years, she took on many roles such as leading young adults and newly married couples alongside Mike, singing in the choir, designing costumes for church plays, organizing teams for setting up tables for funerals and various church events, all while being a strong presence in her life group at Harvest Church. Always ready to share honest advice with a quick sense of humor, she was a dear friend to countless amazing people-this shows just how loyal she was. To her daughters, Lisa was an incredible mother who opened her heart not only to them but also to many other young people through her kindness and warm smile.
