The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying three men thought to have entered a business in Oakville on the day when a local man was found deceased.
Officers arrived at Montagio Custom Tailoring located at 145 Lakeshore Road East, Suite 301, around 5:30 p. m. on March 22nd, 2025, after a body was discovered inside. Investigators from the Major Crime Bureau concluded that the death was a homicide and identified the victim as 43-year-old Baljeet “Bally” Toki.
Footage from security cameras captured three men entering through an alleyway door at about 12:06 p. m. and exiting around 1:39 p. m. Authorities state that all three suspects arrived and departed in a black Kia Forte.
The suspects are described by HRPS as follows:
Male, white, slim build, over 6 feet tall with short hair. Wearing a grey sports/suit jacket along with darker pants and white high top shoes. Carrying a gift bag with yellow tissue paper. *Of Note* – This male is also wearing a unique baseball cap featuring a camouflage pattern on the back and solid dark color in front displaying a circular logo. Male, black, slim build, shorter than suspect #1, dressed in a blue hoodie, dark pants, and white shoes. Male, black, slim build, similar height to suspect #2, wearing dark clothing and black shoes with distinctive red laces while carrying a crossbody bag that has a red stripe down the middle of the strap.

On Saturday, March 22nd around 5:30 p. m., officers were contacted after finding a deceased man within premises near Lakeshore Road East and Navy Street in Oakville.
No arrests have been made yet nor do police have any descriptions of suspects available.
Lakeshore Road East was closed between Navy Street and Thomas Street during Sunday’s investigation.
Anyone who might possess dashcam footage recorded along Lakeshore Road East during the hours of 10:00 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. is asked to inform police.
