The police stated that between November 2025 and February 2026, they started their investigation and initiated Project Sonoma aimed at this small organized crime group.
The authorities claim that these suspects would break into homes by smashing rear sliding-glass doors and focus on master bedrooms for valuable items.
Ian Dulceanu, aged 25 from Toronto; Madalin-Florin Moldoveanu, aged 31 also from Toronto; Ionel Dumitru, aged 52 from Toronto; and Victor Duduianu, aged 55 from Oshawa (who is currently in custody with another police service) are all wanted on charges related to these break-ins.They face a total of twenty counts each for breaking-and-entering.Additionally, Dulceanu, Moldoveanu , and Duduianu have at least twenty-one charges pending with Halton Police as well as thirty-nine charges with Toronto Police. Dumitru and Duduianu also have a minimum of six charges related to similar offenses pending with York Regional Police.Anyone who has cellphone footage or information about these incidents is encouraged to reach out to authorities at

SUSPECT WANTED FOR ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON
The Toronto Police are seeking help identifying a man involved in an assault case involving a weapon.
The officers stated that around three-fifteen PM Saturday they received reports regarding an assault near Mc Cowan Rd.-Hwy.401 area.
The suspect allegedly armed himself with a knife while approaching a security booth where he punched through its mesh window before starting to stab at the desk inside.
Lucky enough for him/her/them though! The victim managed to escape unharmed back away into safety without sustaining injuries during this incident!
The suspect fled after his actions were completed on foot afterwards!
