PERTH, ONT. – Authorities are looking for a suspect linked to a second-degree murder case in southern Ontario who might be camping out in rural British Columbia.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, 34-year-old Christo Richards from Ottawa passed away in the hospital after being discovered injured in a park located in Perth on April 12.
A 46-year-old individual has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder as of May, and the investigation has led to the recovery of two firearms from a property in Terrace, B. C.
Police state that a 32-year-old man from Ottawa is charged with accessory after the fact to murder, while they believe 34-year-old Joseph Madore is currently camping somewhere in rural B. C.
The Abbotsford police have indicated that Madore has “known associations” within communities like Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Richmond, and Terrace.
Additionally, another man named Brayton Kennedy from Ottawa is also wanted for second-degree murder but his whereabouts remain unknown.
