September 17, 1995 – June 1, 2026
With heavy hearts, we share the sudden passing of Jordan James Mc Millan in Thunder Bay, Ontario on June 1, 2026.
Jordan was born in Sioux Lookout, Ontario on September 17, 1995. He was a sensitive and intuitive empath who had the biggest heart and a sharp mind. Helping others was his true passion. Jordan would drop everything to assist a friend or even a stranger needing advice or support. He listened wholeheartedly and always aimed to uplift those around him, even when he faced his own struggles. He made an impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
One of Jordan’s greatest pleasures was fishing with friends and family whenever he could. He spent every opportunity he had out on the lake or river.
Jordan brought energy to any gathering and loved being part of the local music scene by DJing for friends and the community whenever possible.
His love for family shone through in his cooking. Preparing meals was his way of showing love. He brought us together at the table with delicious dishes filled with warmth, laughter, and comfort.
Jordan will be deeply missed by his mother Nicole Howarth, father Jordan Mc Millan Sr., and stepdad Shawn Randall. The love of his life Sharron Cunningham, along with their son Lennon Cunningham and stepchildren whom he adored as his own-Rae and Austin Cunningham. His sister Jaymi (Codi) Keetch along with their children Lexii and Charli also mourns him. Paternal half siblings Jill, Jorja, Robert Mc Millan as well as stepbrother Josh Randall are grieving too. His grandparents Doug and Michelle Mc Millan will miss him dearly along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends who felt his kindness every day.
Jordan is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Ron and Judy Howarth as well as step-grandparents Garry and Patricia Randall (Glenn Karam).
Cremation has taken place; a private celebration of life followed by an after party will be held later to honor him. In memory of Jordan’s spirit, we encourage everyone to gather with loved ones over a good meal while holding each other just a bit closer.
If you wish to honor Jordan further, donations can be made to local mental health or suicide prevention organizations which would mean so much.
The arrangements have been entrusted to WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street, Thunder Bay.
