Windsor’s official Remembrance Day ceremony will happen Monday morning.


Representatives of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Companies Committee, army representatives, wreath bearers, authorities officers, and members of the general public will attend the Cenotaph at Metropolis Corridor Sq. for the outside service.


Particular visitor audio system embody His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Hunter Commanding Officer Lt.-Cmdr. Chris Elliott, and Silver Cross Mom Theresa Charbonneau.


College students from Grades 4 to six from Immaculate Conception Catholic Elementary College, and from Grades 5 to six from Dougall Avenue Public College will current messages of thanks and remembrance to native Veterans, and do a particular studying of In Flanders Fields by John McCrae


Metropolis of Windsor administrative places of work are closed for the day and a few providers could also be altered or delayed because of the vacation.
