After the arrest of a suspected member of Satan’s Choice in the Windsor area, the Ontario Provincial Police stated that the outlaw motorcycle gang has been expanding its ranks rapidly across the province since last summer.
“In August 2025, Satan’s choice formed again, and there’s been rapid recruitment in the last 10 months and rapid growth,” Acting Det. Supt. Andy Bradford said in an interview with .
This Canadian biker gang has a history of being involved in illegal activities like drug and weapon trafficking, kidnappings, and murders, according to the OPP.
Satan’s Choice Motorcycle Club was established in the 1950s. It gained popularity during the 1960s and became one of Ontario’s most well-known biker gangs.
In 2000, Satan’s Choice started to break apart as many chapters were taken over by the Hells Angels. Now it seems to be on a path to rebuild, as noted by police.
“The membership is highly fluid, but because it’s so fluid, it’s hard to monitor,” said Bradford.
“Southwestern Ontario is obviously heavily populated. So in organized crime terms, it’s a lucrative territory.”

OPP stated that Harley Guindon claims to be leading Satan’s Choice operations in Ontario.
Last August, Guindon announced via social media that he had restarted the club and intended to establish chapters throughout Canada.
The day after Bastien’s arrest, Guindon posted on Facebook stating that Bastien is a former member who had recently left.

Weapons and gear confiscated
Around 2 a. m. ET on May 22, Windsor police confiscated several loaded firearms, ammunition, and a biker vest bearing the Satan’s Choice emblem from a residence in Tecumseh. Andrew Vincent Bastien, 41 years old, was arrested and faces multiple charges related to weapons. According to law enforcement, he is affiliated with Satan’s Choice.Source link
