On Dec. 13, Ontario Chronicle reported a lethal outbreak within the Glengarry neighbourhood left 11 canine deceased and eight within the care of Animal Welfare.

They simply wish to assist the animals.”

Within the meantime, Animal Welfare is asking canine house owners to be vigilant.
