Native and provincial politicians might be touring Ursuline Faculty Chatham (UCC) to take a look at the college’s expert trades applications.
The St. Clair Catholic District Faculty Board (SCCDSB) introduced that Ontario’s Minister of Training Jill Dunlop, MPP for Chatham-Kent-Leamington Trevor Jones, and Chatham-Kent Mayor Darrin Canniff will go to UCC on Monday, December 16.
The go to is supposed to emphasise the significance of expert trades schooling and the profession alternatives it gives for college kids.
“Expert trades schooling is a key pillar in Ontario’s efforts to construct a powerful and resilient workforce,” mentioned Minister Dunlop. “I look ahead to seeing firsthand how these applications are offering college students with the hands-on expertise and technical expertise they should form their futures, whereas contributing to our province’s economic system.”
College students will showcase tasks in carpentry, welding, hairstyling, and spa therapies.
