Queens Park has introduced assist for a program that helps those that have served Canada discover jobs.
The Ontario authorities introduced on Thursday that it’s teaming up with Helmets to Hardhats Canada, investing $3-million over three years to assist present and former members of the Canadian Armed Companies prepare for jobs in development.
“We owe our veterans, who’ve put their lives on the road in defence of our freedom, security and values, a debt that we will by no means totally repay,” stated Premier Doug Ford. “Right now’s announcement is only one approach our authorities is working to offer again, so veterans can transition from the armed forces to rewarding careers within the expert trades with the assist and coaching they want.”
Helmets to Hardhats Canada is a non-profit that works with the nation’s constructing commerce unions on offering “second profession” positions in development for many who have served within the army.
