A person charged in relation to intimate companion violence has been arrested once more for violating his bail circumstances.
In August 2024, a 27-year-old was arrested for assault, choking and uttering threats. He was launched on bail and sure by a situation that restricted him from leaving his dwelling.
He was arrested once more on September 17 for violating his bail circumstances. He was launched once more in mid-October with digital monitoring.
Earlier this month, bail compliance officers realized the suspect violated his bail circumstances once more. He was arrested Friday and charged with failure to adjust to launch orders.
His identify will not be being launched to guard the id of the sufferer.
