The Windsor Police Service has arrested one particular person following a drug bust in east Windsor.


On Dec. 6, police obtained a search warrant for a house within the 2000 block of Rivard Avenue, the place they mentioned trafficking was suspected.


When police entered the home, a 39-year-old man was arrested as a suspect for trafficking. Police seized 15.6 grams of fentanyl and 1.1 grams of crystal methamphetamine from the suspect.


A search of the house resulted within the seizure of 32.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 36 tablets of hydromorphone, two tablets of MDMA, 25 tablets of clonazepam, 17 tablets of diazepam and 44.1 grams of psilocybin.


A Glock airsoft handgun, a do-it-yourself taser, two digital scales and packaging supplies have been additionally seized.


A search of the suspect’s car turned up seven further tablets of clonazepam.


The full worth of medication seized was $7,144.


The person has been charged with a number of drug offences, together with:



Six counts of failure to adjust to a launch order

Possession of a schedule one substance for the aim of trafficking, specifically fentanyl

Two counts of possession of a schedule one substance for the aim of trafficking, specifically crystal methamphetamine

Possession of a schedule three substance for the aim of trafficking, specifically psilocybin

Two counts of possession of a schedule 4 substance for the aim of trafficking, specifically clonazepam

Possession of a schedule 4 substance for the aim of trafficking, specifically diazepam

Three counts of possession of a prohibited machine, specifically a home made taser

18 counts of operation of a conveyance whereas prohibited
