Waterloo Regional Police Reply to A number of Business Break and Enters within the Area

UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:

Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are persevering with to analyze a sequence of break and enters in Waterloo Area.  

Between December 16 and December 17, police responded to a number of break and enters within the Area. In lots of incidents, the suspects forcefully made entry to companies by breaking home windows or doorways throughout early morning hours.

On December 16, 2024, at roughly 4:25 a.m., three break and enters occurred at companies situated in a plaza within the space of Hespeler Street and Sheldon Drive in Cambridge.

5 suspects attended the plaza and broke the entrance glass for entry. The suspects entered the companies and focused money registers.

Roughly an hour later, a enterprise plaza within the space of College Avenue West and King Avenue North in Waterloo was focused. 4 companies have been damaged into, and money registers have been focused once more.

Investigators consider the identical suspects have been concerned in each incidents.

Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are issuing a warning to enterprise homeowners after a number of industrial break and enters.

Between December 16 and December 17, police have responded to a number of break and enters within the Area. In most of the incidents, the suspects forcefully made entry by both breaking home windows or doorways throughout early hours of the morning.

Police are persevering with the investigation to find out if the incidents are related.

Police are reminding enterprise homeowners of the next:

Be certain that all safety gadgets are in working order
Report any suspicious exercise which may be noticed throughout and after enterprise hours
Contact 911 instantly if you happen to discover your enterprise damaged into, and don’t enter earlier than police arrival

Police are asking anybody who witnesses any suspicious behaviour or a criminal offense in progress to contact police instantly.
