Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have arrested two youths after an armed theft in Kitchener.
On September 22, 2024, at roughly 4 p.m., police responded to a theft at a retail location close to Ottawa Road South and Fischer Hallman Highway.
