Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have charged three males after a disturbance in Kitchener.
On August 25, 2024, at roughly 12:10 p.m., police responded to a big disturbance at a restaurant within the space of Fischer Hallman Street and Ottawa Road South.
Three males have been contained in the restaurant once they started to make racial feedback in the direction of patrons inside, together with employees. A bodily altercation passed off with a number of folks and police have been notified.
There aren’t any experiences of any bodily accidents.
Because of the investigation, two 19-year-old Kitchener males and a 17-year-old youth have been arrested and charged with the next:
Two counts of assault
Mischief – lawful use or enjoyment of property
Trigger disturbance
Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the aim of trafficking
Possession of a schedule 4 substance for the aim of trafficking
The 17-year-old male was additionally charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and unsafe storage of ammunition.
