Stardust Solar Energy Inc. (TSXV: SUN) (OTCQB: SUNXF) (FSE: 6330) (“Stardust Solar” or the “Company”), a prominent renewable energy company in North America, is thrilled to announce the opening of a new franchise located in the Kitchener-Waterloo area of Ontario, spearheaded by Master Electricians Corey Hakkers and Dallas Roth.

Corey Hakkers and Dallas Roth co-founded ROHR Electric, an established electrical contracting business catering to residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial clients across Waterloo Region and neighboring areas. Their extensive electrical knowledge combined with Stardust Solar’s effective solar platform makes this new franchise well-positioned to meet the increasing demand for solar solutions in one of Canada’s most vibrant economic hubs.

“We’re delighted to welcome Corey and Dallas into the Stardust Solar family,” stated Mark Tadros, Founder and CEO of Stardust Solar. “Their exceptional reputation, technical skills, and strong connections within the Kitchener-Waterloo business scene make them perfect additions to our expanding franchise network. With the rising need for energy independence and commercial solar options, Corey and Dallas bring valuable expertise and local market insights that will benefit this region.”

Founded in 2017, ROHR Electric has always prioritized quality workmanship, safety standards, reliability, and building lasting relationships with customers. Both Corey and Dallas are Master Electricians who have effectively expanded their business while servicing a wide array of clients from residential to industrial sectors throughout Southwestern Ontario.

“Becoming part of Stardust Solar is a natural progression for us,” remarked Corey Hakkers, Co-Owner of the new Stardust Solar Kitchener-Waterloo franchise. “Our clients are increasingly keen on minimizing their energy expenses while taking charge of their energy future. By blending ROHR Electric’s electrical expertise with Stardust Solar’s training programs and renewable energy platforms, we can provide comprehensive solutions that help both homeowners and businesses meet their energy objectives.”

“The solar sector continues to offer significant opportunities as electricity prices increase alongside more organizations seeking sustainable energy options,” added Dallas Roth, Co-Owner of the franchise. “We look forward to introducing Stardust Solar’s services to the Kitchener-Waterloo community while accelerating renewable energy adoption in this area-all while maintaining our high-quality customer service standards.”

This new franchise will offer residential and commercial solar systems along with battery storage solutions, EV charging stations, and other related renewable energy services throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and nearby towns. The inclusion of Kitchener-Waterloo further enhances Stardust Solar’s growing North American franchise network as they continue pursuing expansion through experienced local partners while generating steady royalty income as part of their commitment to cleaner energy transition.
