Waterloo Regional Police need to determine an individual in connection to a weekend taking pictures inside a Waterloo enterprise.
Police have been known as to the King Avenue North and College Avenue West space round 11 p.m. Saturday.
“Officers determined that a disturbance had taken place inside a business and shots had been fired,” public data officer Const. Brad Hickey instructed Ontario Chronicle.
“There were no reported injuries as a result of this shooting incident.”
Folks working at close by companies stated they felt shaken up Sunday morning.
“We definitely feel a little bit unsafe this morning for sure, because it’s not the first time that instances like this have happened in the area. And yes, it’s a little nerve wracking that it happened so close to where we’re located and where we work,” Good Picture Studio worker Katie Canzanese stated.
“I feel like we probably discussed different things that we could probably put into place to make us feel safer. But I think right now we’re just going to continue what we’re doing until we have that discussion and figure out what to do,” Canzanese stated.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anybody with data to contact them.
