Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after an early morning tried abduction and sexual assault in Waterloo.
Police mentioned at round 2 a.m. Sunday, a lady was strolling within the space of King Avenue South and Union Avenue East when she was approached by an unknown man.
Based on police, the person sexually assaulted the lady whereas making an attempt to drag her right into a car. The lady was capable of break away and run away. The suspect left within the car earlier than officers arrived.
