There will likely be “increased military traffic” on roadways between Toronto and Wasaga Seashore this weekend because of a coaching train, the Division of Nationwide Defence says.
An announcement issued Tuesday stated Canadian Military reserve personnel will “conduct convoy and supply operations training on roads and highways” between North York and Wasaga Seashore, transiting by way of Borden, Ont., the weekend of Might 3 to five.

The general public may even see “increased military traffic” on varied roads, together with highways 401 and 400.
Troopers taking part within the train, dubbed Trillium Enterprise, received’t have weapons or ammunition.
“Participating personnel will conduct planned, and short stops throughout the duration of the exercise, stopping for rest, fuel, scheduled maintenance, and other training,” the assertion stated.
