A toddler and a 40-year-old have been killed in a quadruple capturing at a Vaughan, Ont. residence Friday morning, as police announce an arrest in what they’re describing as a “focused” incident.

Officers responded to the house on Casa Nova Drive, within the space of Main MacKenzie Drive and Weston Street, within the metropolis’s Woodbridge neighbourhood simply earlier than 9 a.m. Friday.

Police stated 4 victims have been positioned inside the house at the moment with gunshot wounds.

One of many victims was pronounced lifeless on the scene. Three others have been transported to hospital, considered one of whom had life-threatening accidents.

“Investigators are appealing to any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police, and to anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage from Casa Nova Drive around the time of the incident,” police stated in a information launch.
