Police say a person who was allegedly kidnapped from exterior his office north of Toronto has been present in good well being, although the search continues to be on for a number of suspects within the case.
York Regional Police say a member of the general public discovered 57-year-old Roberto Marchioni at round 3 a.m. Sunday close to Hwy. 401 in east Toronto.
He had sustained minor accidents and was handled on the scene.
Police beforehand alleged Marchioni was leaving his office in Vaughan, Ont., at 2:15 a.m. on Friday morning when two suspects pressured him into a gray 2020 Honda CRV LX.
They are saying a black Dodge Ram pickup may have been concerned.
York Police strongly inspired the suspects to show themselves in, and say they plan to proceed devoting “significant resources” to the investigation. Police are asking anybody with info to return ahead.
