Kensworth Alton Francis, 29, of Mississauga however initially from the Bahamas, was wished by investigators on homicide charges in connection to an early-morning double-shooting that occurred at a Vaughan nightclub at round 3:30 a.m. on July 23, 2022.

York Regional Police stated Francis was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Hartford, Connecticut, on Tuesday. A police spokesperson stated authorities are working with Ontario’s Ministry of the Legal professional Common to extradite the accused to York Area.
Francis faces two counts of first-degree homicide and one depend of tried homicide.
