Retiring Texas congresswoman and former Home Appropriations Committee Chair Kay Granger has been experiencing “dementia issues” in current months and resides in an impartial dwelling facility, her son Brandon Granger advised the Dallas Morning Information on Sunday.

During this time, my staff has remained steadfast, continuing to deliver exceptional constituent services, as they have for the past 27 years,” Granger stated in a written assertion supplied to CNN by her workplace.
