‘Temper for change’ as Conservatives lose management of North East Lincolnshire Council as Labour make most features

The Conservatives maintain on energy at North East Lincolnshire Council is over after a string of victories for Labour and Impartial candidates within the native elections.

From a majority of 27 seats on the 42-seat council, the Conservatives misplaced their sizeable majority and had been lower to 19 seats. It was Labour’s evening after taking six seats. In the meantime, Independents are actually on 5 and the Liberal Democrats stay on three.

Chief of North East Lincolnshire Council, Councillor Philip Jackson, mentioned it was a “disappointing consequence.”
