Again-to-back winter storms have led to spectacular snowfall accumulations in elements of Japanese Canada, impacting main cities from Toronto to Halifax.
Upwards of 20 cm of snow, coupled with gusty winds, have created treacherous driving situations and, in some locations, closed colleges.
