To celebrate this grand opening, heytea collaborated with celebrated Canadian chef Susur Lee to create an exquisite mix of fine dining and tea culture. The signature drinks they co-created-Rock Oolong Caviar and Rock Oolong Caviar Ice Cream-transform contemporary Chinese tea through contrast and balance by pairing savory caviar with the floral notes of Rock Oolong to provide a fine-dining-inspired sensory journey. This partnership illustrates heytea’s aim to elevate tea within a broader culinary context.
