Porter Airways is introducing jet service between Thunder Bay and Toronto this fall.
The Toronto-based air provider introduced it’s deploying its new 132-seat Embraer E195-E2 plane for 3 roundtrip flights per week between Toronto Pearson Worldwide Airport and Thunder Bay Worldwide Airport starting Oct. 16.
Porter has been serving Thunder Bay since 2009 with as much as 5 occasions each day roundtrip flights between Billy Bishop Toronto Metropolis Airport, and twice each day flights between Ottawa utilizing its 78-seat Sprint 8-400 plane.
In a information launch, Porter stated passengers on the Embraer “will enjoy Porter’s elevated economy experience with no middle seats, complimentary beer and wine served in glassware, free premium snacks, and free, fast WiFi.”
