A Thunder Bay woman and two adults and two youths from southern Ontario have been taken into custody to face charges.

THUNDER BAY — Metropolis police have arrested 5 folks after medicine and a loaded handgun have been seized in a search of a south-side residence. 

In a launch issued on Friday, Thunder Bay Police mentioned on Thursday, Jan. 3, they executed a warrant at a residence within the 1000 block of Donald Road, the place they allegedly seized portions of suspected cocaine, crack cocaine and fentanyl, with an estimated avenue worth of $120,000 or extra. A firearm, money totalling greater than $13,000 and paraphernalia according to drug trafficking have been additionally seized within the raid. 

A 39-year-old woman from Thunder Bay, a 19-year-old man from Scarborough, a 21-year-old man from Scarborough, a 17-year-old from Bradford and a 15-year-old from Toronto are charged with quite a few offences.

The 39-year-old from Thunder Bay was charged with breach of a judicial launch order. The 15-year-old was charged with  two counts of possession of a firearm opposite to order, breach of judicial launch order, breach of peace bond and two counts of breach of probation. The 17-year-old faces two counts of breach of a peace bond. 

The accused appeared in courtroom on Friday.
