The motive force of a passenger car died Saturday after a collision with a transport truck
THUNDER BAY — Ontario Provincial Police have confirmed the id of the one who died in a freeway accident west of Thunder Bay on the weekend.
The deceased was a 49-year-old woman from Winnipeg.
OPP mentioned she was the driving force of a passenger car concerned in a collision with a transport truck about 10 a.m. Saturday on Freeway 17.
The accident compelled the closure of the freeway between Sistonen’s Nook and Upsala for an prolonged interval.
The investigation into the collision continues.
