THUNDER BAY – POLITICS – Brian Hamilton, a second-term metropolis councillor has introduced his candidacy for the Ontario Liberal Occasion in Thunder Bay–Superior North. As a neighborhood small enterprise proprietor with deep ties to the group, Hamilton seeks to deliver his expertise in supporting small companies, balancing budgets, and selling inexpensive housing and strong social techniques.
The announcement in an embargoed media launch from his marketing campaign supervisor Jason Veltri states that Hamilton as “A local small business owner with deep roots in the community, Hamilton has spent his career on the front lines—fighting for small businesses, balancing budgets, building affordable housing and strong social systems. As a pro-business leader, Brian understands the challenges small businesses face and is committed to improving health care and addressing housing needs in the region. He is dedicated to finding solutions that drive economic growth while supporting the broader community”.
Strengthening Arts, Tradition, and Group Id
Recognizing the significance of arts and tradition in shaping Thunder Bay’s id, Hamilton is dedicated to fostering development in these sectors. “Northern Ontario is bursting with opportunity, growth, and promise,” says Hamilton. “But Thunder Bay–Superior North needs strong, effective leadership to unlock that potential.”

Proudly aligning his marketing campaign with Ontario Liberal chief Bonnie Crombie, Hamilton provides, “I’m ready to bring the energy, determination, and bold action needed to make Thunder Bay a true priority at Queen’s Park.”
The provincial seat is held by Lise Vaugeios of the New Democrats.
The provincial Progressive Conservatives haven’t introduced their candidate but, however the hearsay mill means that Marathon Mayor Rick Dumas is more likely to carry the usual for the PCs.
