It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Annie (Anne) LeBlanc on January 23, 2025, on the age of 87. Anne handed away peacefully and surrounded by love within the consolation of her house at Hogarth Riverview Manor (Thunder Bay, ON) along with her granddaughter by her aspect.

Born on March 31, 1937, and raised on a household farm in Souris, Manitoba, Anne embraced life with resilience, onerous work, and an unwavering love for her household. Anne’s life was not with out challenges, however she confronted them with unbelievable energy and dedication, abandoning a footprint of perseverance and tenacity. 

Anne later settled in Dryden, Ontario, the place she constructed a life stuffed with heat, dedication, and love. Anne labored as a custodian at Dryden Excessive College, incomes respect and admiration from her colleagues and college students alike. Life in Dryden introduced Anne pleasure and success. In her youthful years, she beloved visiting the seaside, the place the sunshine and waves appeared to reflect her vibrant spirit. She discovered happiness in gardening, cultivating greens with care, and spent numerous hours canning her harvest to share with family members. Anne was a proficient cook dinner, identified far and extensive for her well-known cabbage rolls, hearty borscht, delectable soups, and scrumptious multi-course household dinners that introduced everybody collectively across the desk.
