St. Thomas police have taken a person into custody in relation to an assault investigation.
The world of Hiawatha Avenue and Owaissa Avenue was closed for about 4.5 hours whereas police tried to get a person off the roof of a house.
Police say that is case of intimate accomplice violence. One individual was transported to hospital with minor accidents as they arrived simply earlier than 6 a.m.
Round 10:25 a.m. the person was arrested and brought off of the roof.
It’s believed the individual taken into custody, who was recognized to the sufferer, was not injured.
Police verify there was a weapon concerned.
Officers are calling this an remoted incident,with no risk to public security.
