Police in St. Thomas, Ont., have charged a second individual and proceed to seek for one other in relation to a murder and arson close to the town’s downtown in early July.
Nathan Deleemans, 30, has been charged with one rely of second-degree homicide, one rely of arson and disregard for human life, and one rely of failing to adjust to a probation order, mentioned the St. Thomas Police Service (STPS).
