St. Thomas man charged in ongoing homicide and arson investigation

St. Thomas man charged in ongoing homicide and arson investigation

Police in St. Thomas, Ont., have charged a second individual and proceed to seek for one other in relation to a murder and arson close to the town’s downtown in early July. 

Nathan Deleemans, 30, has been charged with one rely of second-degree homicide, one rely of arson and disregard for human life, and one rely of failing to adjust to a probation order, mentioned the St. Thomas Police Service (STPS).

One other man, recognized as 20-year-old Keegan Harvey, can be wished in reference to a fireplace and the following loss of life of Victoria Dill within the early morning hours of July 3 at 20 Hiawatha St. 

First responders discovered the 40-year-old sufferer with a life-threatening gunshot wound inside the house. She later died of in hospital.  

Harvey is needed for one rely of arson with disregard for human life and one rely of accent after the very fact to homicide. He’s described as Caucasian, 5 toes tall, with brown hair and an arm sleeve tattoo on his proper arm. 

Keegan Harvey is being sought by St. Thomas police. (Fb)

STPS are urging the general public to not strategy Harvey and name 911 instantly if he’s seen or situated. 

Anybody with info pertaining to this investigation or the whereabouts of Harvey are requested to contact the STPS} at 519-631-1224 or by submitting anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). 

The investigation is ongoing. Deleemans, a St. Thomas resident, stays in custody.
