Police in St. Thomas, Ont., say a person who initially requested a wellness verify on his brother is now charged with second-degree homicide in his loss of life.

On Thursday, Dec. twelfth, 2024, at roughly 7:20 p.m., police say the accused, 59-year-old Michael Mitchell of St. Thomas, went to the London Police Headquarters requesting a wellness verify on his brother, 60-year-old Jeffrey Mitchell, after an incident between the 2 came about.

The London Police Service notified STPS and officers attended the handle on Highview Drive.
