Niagara Police have identified two people involved in a shooting in St. Catharines earlier this year.
On Feb. 15, police were called to an apartment complex on Manchester Ave. for reports of shots fired.
No one was injured but police did say they believed the shooting was targeted.
Detectives began an investigation at that time and have identified two men believed to be responsible.
On Sunday night, Daniel Willick, 29, was arrested without incident at his home in Niagara Falls.
The second man identified by police, Liam Hughes, was found to already be in custody in an unrelated matter.
Both men have been charged with discharging a firearm with the intent to endanger life.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
