A suspect in a lethal daylight taking pictures in St. Catharines was arrested over the weekend following an hours-long standoff, police say.
The taking pictures happened at round 1:40 p.m. on Friday close to Division and Riordon streets.
Police arrived to seek out two grownup males with gunshot wounds.
