Niagara Regional Police say a person is going through homicide and tried homicide charges after two individuals had been shot in St. Catharines, Ont.
Police say officers responded to experiences of gunshots within the space of Division and Riordon streets on Friday afternoon.
They are saying officers discovered two males with gunshot wounds.
One of many victims was pronounced deceased in hospital and the opposite was being handled for life-threatening accidents.
Police say they arrested a 47-year-old man from St. Catharines over the weekend after “a number of hours of negotiations” at a house, and he was charged with second-degree homicide and tried homicide.
Police are asking anybody with info to contact them.
