On Friday, Jan. 3, 2024, at roughly 1:05 p.m., 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers from the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a threats name within the space of Oakwood Avenue and Parkwood Drive within the Metropolis of St. Catharines.
The preliminary data indicated that an grownup feminine had observed a male following her whereas she was strolling within the space of Hartzel Street and Thorncliff Drive, within the Metropolis of St. Catharines. Regardless of her efforts to evade him, the male continued to observe her. The feminine finally sought shelter at her residence, at which level she noticed the male stroll away.
Additional investigation by detectives with 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) confirmed that the male had deliberately adopted the feminine.
Because of this, Daniel Clark, a 51-year-old resident of St. Catharines, was arrested and charged with felony harassment.
Clark was remanded into custody and is scheduled to look in courtroom at a future date.
