A disturbance contained in the St. Catharines courthouse on Wednesday was shortly introduced beneath management after a prisoner broke the glass surrounding the prisoner’s field.

The incident occurred simply shortly after 11:30am on the Robert S Ok. Welch courthouse in St. Catharines.

The person who was in custody was introduced earlier than the Justice of Peace when he turned agitated and have become violent along with his escort officers. The person was in handcuffs on the time and broke the glass and tried to get out of the prisoner’s field.

Two Niagara Regional Police Particular Constables suffered minor injures and have been handled a neighborhood hospital.

33 yr outdated, Jonathan Clark Grabenski shall be charged with:

– 2 Counts of Assault Police
– 1 Rely of Mischief Below $5000
– 3 Counts of Failing to Adjust to a Probation Order

Grabenski stays in custody
