A Simcoe, Ont., woman is dealing with a cost of assault with a weapon over an incident the place, she says, she unintentionally struck a neighbour within the chest with water from a toddler’s water gun.
Ontario Provincial Police say 58-year-old Wendy Washik was taken into custody after an investigation on Sunday, Sept. 1.

Washik says she was having a playful water gun combat with a toddler at a celebration when she unintentionally sprayed water on a neighbour’s chest.
