A man aged 59 from Norfolk County has been charged with assault after an incident on October 18 that took place on Main Street South in Waterford.
Provincial police received a call about an assault just before 11:30 a. m.
Officers found that two individuals had interacted, and one physically assaulted the other. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, according to the police.
The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
