Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a Windsor man has been arrested after catching him with a stolen truck and suspected illicit medicine.
An officer from the Leamington detachment was on routine patrol shortly earlier than 3 a.m. on Thursday, and noticed the pickup truck within the space of Lutsch Avenue and Talbot Avenue East.
Officers from the Leamington, Kingsville, and Essex detachments labored with the Essex County Group Avenue Crime Unit to cease the motive force and arrest him.
