An altercation that led to a gun being fired, has resulted in charges towards two folks from Walpole Island First Nation.
On Thursday, December 19, at roughly 5 p.m., members of Walpole Island First Nation Police (WIFNP) and Lambton OPP responded to an tackle on River Highway.
Police stated two folks had been taken into custody with out incident, and no accidents had been reported.
Colton Altiman, 29, is charged with possession of a schedule one substance for the aim of trafficking.
Jesse Williams, 35, is charged with careless use of a firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a schedule one substance for the aim of trafficking, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Police stated each of the people stay in custody and can seem in bail courtroom on the Ontario Courtroom of Justice in Sarnia on December 24.
