A Howick space resident was heartbroken Friday to seek out two small canine with a rubbish bag within the ditch.
Robert Kienapple mentioned the usually fluffy sort canine had matted fur, had been shaking, and had been coated in feces.
The had been discovered on Malcolm Line, between Orange Hill Highway and Salem Highway Friday afternoon.
The canine had been taken to a rescue, and to a vet for care. They are going to subsequent see a groomer.
Kienapple suspects the canine had been from a pet mill, and he hopes somebody can monitor down who dumped them.
Kienapple says there was a receipt from Grants Impartial Grocer in Hanover, and a slip of paper with the identify “Bridgette” within the bag.
