Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has cited a truck driver and their firm after a truck misplaced its load on Monday morning.
Officers from the Tecumseh detachment have been summoned to the roundabout at County Street 42 and Banwell Street at roughly 8:15 a.m.
Once they arrived, they discovered glass all around the pavement from a business truck.
The motive force, a 53-year-old from Windsor, was unhurt.
An inspector from the OPP West Area Visitors Incident Administration and Enforcement (TIME) Crew checked out the automobile and its required documentation.
The motive force and the trucking firm he works for face charges of getting an insecure load, driving a automobile with out plate validation, and failing to finish a day by day inspection report.
Further charges included failing to make sure the assembly of efficiency requirements, failure to give up the CVOR certificates, and having a plate that’s not solely seen.
