The Hanover Police Service and the OPP have charged a 31-year-old Hanover man with first-degree homicide.
The incident occurred on the morning of December 17. Whereas Owen Sound Police took a person into custody later that day, each the suspect and the sufferer’s id had been withheld till now.
Police now say the investigation is into the loss of life of 57-year-old Colin Campbell of Hanover.
